Joint Entrance Examination, or UMB, held jointly by the University of Indonesia, Jakarta State University, Syarif Hidayatullah Islamic University, University of North Sumatra, and Hasanuddin University, starting on Saturday (7 / 6) to be followed 98 686 participants Sunday.
The ratio of participants with capacity competition is 1:9 or higher than the selection of new admissions or SPMB last year.

Chairman of the SPMB Nusantara A Boedisantoso R said, UMB capacity in 2008 reached 10 672 seats in the 259 program of study. UMB Results will be announced on 21 June in the print media, electronic media at 23:00, and on websites of universities and their respective www.spmb.or.id.
