Surah Ar-Rum

Surah Ar-Rum (Arabic: الروم) is the 30th sura of the Qur'an. This Surah consists of 60 verses and sura-sura belonged Makkiyah. Sura was revealed after surah Al-Insyiqaq. Named Ar-Rum, which means The Roman (Byzantine), because at the beginning of this letter, ie, paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 (30:2-30:4), there are predictions the Qur'an about the defeat and then victory over the Romans Persian.

Main content
1. Faith: The evidence on the apostolate of the Prophet Muhammad by telling him things like divination occult winning back the Romans over the Persian empire, the evidence to-Esaan God found in nature as His creatures and events in nature itself; evidence -proof for the correctness of the Day of Resurrection; the examples and parables that explained that the idols and gods that can not help and benefit the slightest penyembahnya worshipers.
2. The laws: The obligation to worship God and acknowledge the EsaanNya because it is in accordance with human nature; perform religious obligations, the obligation to give a living (alms) to the relatives, the poor, travelers and others; ban followed the idolaters; usury law.
3. The stories: The news about the Romans as a people are religious, although defeated at first by the Persian empire that eventually worshiped fire to win again.
4. And others, Man in general are happy and proud when get pleasure and despair when disaster struck, except those who believe, the obligation to submit only apostle preaching; the events experienced by older people, people who ought to be i 'Tibar and lessons for the Ummah that later.
