Surah Al-Muzzammil

Surah Al-Muzzammil (Arabic: المزمل, "People-covered") is the 73rd sura of the Qur'an. This sura surah Makkiyah classified, consisting of 20 verses. Named Al Muzzammil which means people are covered in the capture of Al Muzzammil words contained in the first paragraph of this letter. What is meant by the person covered is the Holy Prophet.

Key Points of Contents

• Instructions should be done by Allah's Apostle of Allah to strengthen the spiritual preparation in order to receive revelation, that is awake at night to pray Tahajjud, reading the Quran with Tartil; exalt and bertahmid



• The command to be patient against censure those who deny the Apostle



• Muslims are commanded to tahajud, jihad in Allah's way, reading the Quran, establish regular prayers, practice regular charity, spend their wealth in the way of Allah and ask forgiveness to Allah SWT
